We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items such as personal care products, perishables, or customized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Our team will guide you through the return process.
Ship the product back to our provided address (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status:
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
